While studies like this are shocking, the truth is that most people don’t take their health seriously until something shakes up their world and pushes them toward change. Once pushed to change, through either a health scare or bad news of some sort, people generally react in one of two ways — they either take charge of their life and try to reverse previous bad choices and overcome the results of those bad choices…or they give up and wait patiently to die.
